Start free, scale when you need to
The free edition covers modeling, generation and quality rules — with no limit.
Enterprise adds traceability and team setup, Assisted adds our knowhow.
itb 0.1.2 is in beta: already used in client projects, and moving quickly.
No edition counts what you model
Not even the free one. There is no cap on any of the numbers that usually decide what a metadata tool costs you.

Questions we get asked
Is the free edition really unlimited?
Yes. Free to use has no cap on data assets, lineages, test cases or integrations. It covers modeling, generation, the Marketplace and quality rules. Support is the community.
What does Enterprise add?
Traceability across attributes and lineages, duplicate entities and viewpoints, and the setup for a team working on one model. See the comparison table above for the full list.
What is Assisted?
Enterprise plus our people: we model with you, review your packs, and run the first target platforms together. Priced per engagement — contact us.
Where does my model live?
In your Git repository, as files. itb reads and writes them; nothing is stored with Banian. That is what "Git-native" means on this site.
itb is in beta. What does that mean for me?
Version 0.1.x is already used in client projects and changes quickly. Model files stay readable across versions; the interface and the pack format may still change before 1.0. The changelog lists every release.
How itb handles your data
Your models stay in your Git
They live in your repository. We hold no copy of them.
No telemetry
The software makes no outbound call to us.
Runs where you do
Docker in your own environment, Kubernetes once a team shares it.
No cookies, no tracking
